Supported Community Connections (SCC)~ We will provide services to individuals in the community. designed to support individuals with opportunities to build relationships and natural support in the community, interact with community members, promote safety and independence, and work on personal goals. While utilize typical community settings as part of the SCC learning environment. Our commitment is to expose individuals to a variety of cultural, social, recreational, volunteer, and employment opportunities available to them in their community; and educate individuals about how to access their community in an informed manner. SCC will provide individuals the opportunity to plan, choose, and learn while accessing their community.

 Specialized Habilitation (Spec Hab) primarily takes place in a structured, facility-based learning environment. The core goal is to provide person-centered training, protective supervision, and adaptive skill-building so participants can gain self-sufficiency. We provide personal care assistance such as eating, drinking, toileting, and essential hygiene. While teaching life skills training with hands-on instruction in cooking, communication, and safety. Also including sensory stimulation, specialized activities are tailored for sensory integration and therapeutic engagement. As well as social engagement center-based group activities like music, arts, and crafts to build peer relationships to eventually advocate for community access.
