Empowering Ability Today LLC will provide SCC services to individuals in the community.
SCC services are designed to support individuals with opportunities to build relationships and natural support in the community, interact with community members, promote safety and independence, and work on personal goals. Empowering Ability Today LLC will utilize typical community settings as part of the SCC learning environment. SCC services can be provided on a one-time basis or on a recurring basis. SCC services will be provided on a one-to-one basis or in groups between 2-5 persons. SCC will provide individuals with experience accessing their community competently, confidently and safely; expose individuals to a variety of cultural, social, recreational, volunteer, and employment opportunities available to them in their community; and educate individuals about how to access their community in an informed manner. SCC will provide individuals the opportunity to plan, choose, and learn while accessing their community.
